According to US media, Lisa Marie Presley was hospitalized after suffering a heart attack.

Lisa Marie Presley, the sole child of rock legend Elvis Presley, was transported to the hospital after suffering a suspected heart attack, according to US media.

According to TMZ, the singer, 54, was discovered unresponsive at her home in Calabasas, California.

The LA County Fire Department confirmed to CNN that emergency responders had been summoned to a city location.

They did not, however, confirm the name of the patient, who they said was transported to the hospital.

According to sources close to the singer, Presley experienced a "complete arrest" before a bystander injected epinephrine, often known as adrenaline, to assist her to regain a pulse. Her present state of health is unknown.

Presley's representative declined to comment, but US media said that her mother, Priscilla Presley, was seen arriving at the West Hills hospital in Los Angeles.

Lisa Marie, who was born in 1968, followed in her father's footsteps and pursued a career in music. Her debut studio album, published in 2003, sold hundreds of thousands of copies and received generally excellent reviews.

The singer is also well-known for a string of high-profile marriages, including those to Michael Jackson, Nicholas Cage, Danny Keough, and Michael Lockwood.

She had three children, one of them was actress Roxy Keough.

Presley was last seen in public at the Golden Globes Awards in Beverly Hills on Tuesday night.

Accompanied by her mother, the couple was spotted in tears as Austin Butler was awarded Best Actor for his portrayal of her father.

During an emotional address, the actor thanked the Presley family for their assistance on the set of the film.

"Thank you for opening your hearts, your memories, and your house to me," Butler added. "I love you forever, Lisa Marie and Priscilla."
